Music - Okay Woodsy, I am finally updating my stuff, okay? Although, you haven't mentioned it in so long, I bet you've given up on me. First of all, I got an advance of the new Rufus Wainwright CD, Want One. It's good. Not his best, though. Being a cool sister, I let my brother borrow it, so I haven't listened to it in two weeks. Which is okay, because it came out this week, so I can just go buy a copy now, I suppose. The Boyfriend, being adorable, bought me the new John Mayer CD, Heavier Things, so I would have something to listen to on a drive up to San Fran. It's pretty good, kids! That John, always trying to steal your girlfriend. Gosh...other than that, I don't think I have any new CDs. The shame! I have been trying to curb my spending. Listening to a lot of radio and a lot of work stuff. I am in LOVE with Maroon 5 - that song rocks, and I'm glad that LA Radio is getting on the bandwagon finally. I dig the new Beyonce song, but I have that album and already talked about it, so, enough.
Television - Oh, you think that maybe the new TV season might have had something to do with me finally updating this section? Well, you would be right. I heart TV! I'm all about Friends, and Scrubs, and Will and Grace, and all of that. And on Saturdays, it's USC Football! Man, I love the fall.
Books - I'm reading lots of People, Blender, Cosmo, EW, and definitely NOT Rolling Stone, because the Nazi bastards NEVER SEND ME MY MAGAZINE ON TIME! I am a SUBSCRIBER, damn it! And not just ANY subscriber, but a LIFETIME subscriber. Doesn't that entitle me to get my magazine in a timely fashion? I consider "timely" to be during the week the magazine hits the newsstand. Damn them! I want my naked Britney Rolling Stone! Crap, now I'm going to get mad hits for "Naked Britney." Sorry to disappoint. Would you like a picture of my shoe instead? I am also reading job boards. It's that time!
